Google has updated what it considers to be spam when it comes to Google Business Profile posts in the Business Profile posts content policies. The new line added under the avoid section says “examples of such content that is not allowed includes “duplicate photos, posts, videos, and logos.” Duplicate. John Mueller of Google said that by just moving a link from one position on a page to another position on a page – you likely won’t see any ranking boost from that action. He said on Twitter “I wouldn’t assume that you’d get a boost out of just moving links from one part of the page to another part though.”

Google’s John Mueller does not want you to make generalizations about links. Links from news sites or sites from Germany, or sites from really good-looking SEOs (bad joke?) are not necessarily worth more or less than links from other types of sites.
