Google’s John Mueller said that tweaking your title tags after your site was impacting by a quality update won’t make a big different in your rankings. But yes, changing your title tags does help you rank for the desired change you made in your title tag. But those are two different questions.

Google Removes Search Features Bug Confirmation & Replaces It With Google Discover Search Console Reporting Error
Google has done something unusual, it has removed one of the confirmed data anomalies notes about a search features bug, and added a new note confirming a bug with Google Discover logging resulting in a data drop in the Search Console Discover performance reports on October 23rd.
Google Looking For Examples Of GoogleBot Refresh Crawl Surges
Gary Illyes from Google posted on Reddit that he is looking for examples of where GoogleBot might not be behaving. Specifically he wants examples of “cases where refresh crawls are going nuts.” I assume this means where Googlebot is recrawling pages in a very aggressive manner.
