Google AdSense has added three new settings to Auto optimize feature in your optimization experiments. These new methods include select traffic, block a style and block an experiment.

Google: Redirects Signals Stick With Destination URL After A Year
Gary Illyes of Google posted on Twitter that you should keep a redirect live for a year for Google Search purposes. The signals from original page A to destination page B will all be transferred and stick with page B even after the redirect is removed, if that redirect is live for a year.

The Layer On Top Of Google Search Web Rendering Service
There is an interesting tidbit you can learn about Google’s web rendering service (WRS) in the latest JavaScript SEO hangout with Martin Splitt of Google where Martin said he is “spilling the beans a little bit” by sharing that there is a layer on top of WRS that handles “prioritization, error retry, quality of service guarantees, caching and it also interacts with a crawling subsystem to actually fetch things.”
