Microsoft is testing a new design and user experience for the Bing sitelinks and related searches. The sitelinks have this hover over shadow effect, while the related searches go from a rounded pill design to line separator design.

Google has completely revamped the Google Merchant Center API help document page. It was previously named “API access to Merchant Center” and was renamed to “Google Merchant Center API.” Plus, the content on the page has been completely rewritten and expanded.
Google Tests Dropping Underline From Search Result Snippets On Hover
Google is testing not underlining the search result snippets when you hover your mouse cursor over the snippet. Generally, Google will add an underline to the title of the link (sometimes the whole snippet) when you hover over it. But here, Google is testing not doing that.
