Google posted a new blog post that they “uncovered an opportunity to improve your job posting pages.” I just find this to be a weird way for Google to write about this topic. In short, Google wants you to put more details in the description section of your job postings structured data.

Google: Update Internal Links From HTTP To HTTPS But…
If you are on an HTTP site and you decide to migrate the site to HTTPS, it is common practice to update all of your internal links from the HTTP URL format to the HTTPS URL format. Google’s John Mueller was asked about this on Reddit and he said “I’d always try to fix internal links, it just makes things cleaner, and is under your own control. I doubt it would have any visible effect though.”
Refine This Search & Broaden This Search Now Live In Google Search
After the announcement in September at Search On and months and months of testing, the Refine This Search and Broaden This Search features are fully live in US English Google Search results. This is not to mean the Things To Know and Things To Consider feature is live yet, it is just being tested.
