Google reviews seem to be disappearing from Google Business Profile local listings. In the past few days or so there has been an influx of complaints in the Google Business Profile forums. I have not seen Google respond to the complaints, but either there is a bug or a change to the review policy that is causing these reviews to go missing.

Google Web Rendering Service Cache Lasts For Up To 30 Days
We knew Google’s web rendering service (WRS) does its own thing with caching but now a new post from Gary Illyes and Martin Splitt of Google said the “WRS caches everything for up to 30 days.” This is done to help “preserve the site’s crawl budget for other crawl tasks,” Google wrote.
