On April 12th at noon, while I was offline, Google released the April 2023 reviews update that expanded the product reviews update to go beyond just products and also impacted services and things. It has been just under a week since it launched, and so far, while the sites that did see an impact saw a significant impact, I am not seeing massive widespread impacts like you would see from a core update.

Bing Video Search With Drag & Drop Playlist Tool
Microsoft Bing Search added to its video search user interface the ability to drag and drop videos into a box to create your own playlists. If you search for videos in Bing Search and click on the videos tab, on the bottom left corner a playlist button will show you how to add videos to your playlist to watch later.
Google News Publisher Error “There Are No Items To Show”
Over the weekend, there has been a number of reports from news publishers of an error in the Google News Publisher Center. The specific error says “there are no items to show.” This is supposedly a Google bug that Google is working to address.
