Google’s advice since Penguin 4.0 was that you don’t need to disavow links since the links are neutralized and don’t end up helping or hurting you. In short, Google ignores those links. This even applies to when someone redirects a site that was penalized for spammy links to your site, said John Mueller of Google.

Google Maps Tests Business Photo In Round Map Pin
Google is testing displaying a round map pin that has a business photo in the pin itself. This is supposedly working on some Google Maps devices when you request directions.
Google: PBNs Are Pretty Obvious
Google’s John Mueller said that finding link schemes from PBNs (public blog networks) is easy and “nobody has to leak a PBN” to Google for Google to know about it. He said “they’re pretty obvious to the appropriate tools & basic scripts.”
