Google is testing a new design for its search results that are more of a grid format, more of a boxed in design. They are not on all the search results elements but more of the search features.

Hack: Google AI Performance Reports For Platform Properties
There is this hack (or trick) to force Google Search Console to show you the generative AI performance report for your social and video content, the new platform properties feature. All you need to do is add “/ai” after “search-analytics” or “discover” in the URL within Search Console. Google Search Using Gemini 3.8 Flash In AI Mode
Google’s Robby Stein, VP of Product at Google Search, said on X, “Gemini 3.8 Flash has landed in Search.” This comes only a couple of weeks after Google brought Gemini 3.7 Flash to AI Mode within Google Search.
